It’s been seven years since WasabiSabi introduced sushi and teppanyaki to the city of Sheffield, and in due course have gone on to win or be nominated for a local restaurant award each year.
Of course we were on hand again to organise the birthday celebrations. Around 150 invited guests come along and were lavished with sushi/Japanese canapés and entertained with a three-way teppanyaki show. You can see more photos on WasabiSabi’s Facebook page.
Also, as part of WasabiSabi’s 7th Anniversary, we’ve commissioned Nick Deakin to design a very limited edition t-shirt to celebrate that fact. The image is of a daruma doll which is regarded as a talisman of good luck, encouragement and goal setting. There are only 100 were printed, and quite a few have been sold in the pre-sale already.
You can pay via PayPal or on your card (see symbols). Once you’ve made your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email and sort out delivery details. Postage and packing is free within the UK. [You can also purchase direct at the restaurant or at The Old Sweet Shop in Nether Edge, Sheffield.
