Last night saw the launch of Article magazine’s much anticipated ‘newspaper sized’ issue 12 at the Site Gallery. The theme was ‘indoor garden party’ complete with Pimm’s and cucumber sandwiches; DJs on hand were Aftroturf and Montrave. All guests were given a special edition of issue 12 which included stickers and postcards.
Look out for future issues of Article in which they will be linking up with the likes of Sensoria and Ian Anderson (tDR)…

Being the first Japanese restaurant to open in Sheffield back in 2004, WasabiSabi has definitely made an impression on the city – it has plenty of awards and fans to prove it. Earlier this week The North marketing agency hosted a special 6th anniversary party for the restaurant. Over 130 invited guests were greeted to a drinks reception, sushi canapes and of course the ever-popular teppanyaki show. Click here for more photos.
WasabiSabi has always been open to working with talented local artists/designers; the likes of TADO, Kipikapopo and Eskimo working on their placemats. Currently, The North marketing agency are working with artists linked to The Old Sweet Shop to come up with some new postcard designs. Watch this space!
